We are a team of patients, doctors and other health professionals from all over the country trying to make care better for patients. We do this by making changes to the way medical practices are organized.
But we need your help! To see if the changes are working, we need to know how it feels to patients like you. Please join our research team by filling out three surveys about your health and healthcare over the next three years. That is just
one 20-minute survey a year. For each survey you complete, we will pay you $30 for your time and effort to help us make care better for patients.
