Overview

This year's forum will provide primary care, internal medicine, and urgent care providers education about cardiovascular and vascular disease, including additional POCUS skills for evaluation.  The objective is to improve accuracy of appropriate and timely cardiovascular disease treatment and efficiently use expert consultation in a value-based environment.

Refunds

Refunds, minus an administrative fee of $50, will be made only if notice of cancellation is received in writing by March 20.  Refunds are not possible after that date.  Substitutions may be possible; please call (802) 656-2292 to inquire.
