Vermont Brain Bee is a free, all-day event open to preregistered students ages 13 through 19 that also includes educational components, a Q&A with undergraduate and graduate neuroscience students, and a keynote lecture. The day’s winner will advance to the USA Brain Bee Championship in April at the University of California–Irvine and be awarded $1,000 toward travel expenses.

The International Brain Bee’s goals are to motivate students to learn about the brain and to inspire them to pursue careers in neuroscience so they can help treat and find cures for brain disorders.
