Medical Professionals Education

Along with the University of Vermont Cancer Center, we coordinate several educational conferences to advance the medical knowledge of community and regional medical professionals.

  • University of Vermont Cancer Center Grand Rounds

Physicians from the community attend the UVM Cancer Center Grand Rounds lectures and also participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary clinics.

  • Northeastern Genitourinary Oncology Symposium (NGOS)

The University of Vermont Cancer Center, in partnership with McGill University Health Centre and Norris Cotton Cancer Center, presents the Northeastern Genitourinary Oncology Symposium. We will post the date when known.

The regional collaborative event draws urologists and medical and radiation oncologists, as well as other health care professionals from the northeastern United States and Quebec for two days of cutting-edge educational sessions on the appropriate evaluation and treatment of patients with undiagnosed renal masses, kidney, bladder, prostate and testis cancers. This conference is CME accredited.
