Suggested Email Signatures
To set up your email signature, follow the instructions outlined on the Microsoft website.
Recommendations:
• Use a professional font such as Calibri, Ariel, Times New Roman, or Calisto.
• The logo downloads available within the templates are sized to an appropriate size for direct download and insertion in to your email
signature. They should not exceed 400w x 101h pixels (or 2.72” x .7”).
• We recommend using text links to social media channels rather than icons, as images (logos and icons) attached to email signatures will show up as attachments
and, depending on the mail provider, may not render as an image in your email signature and look cluttered.
Copy, paste, and personalize your preferred option from the three choices below. Omit any of the lines you prefer not
to have listed in your signature.
