Workshop attendees will be able to attend two out of three Laboratory Techniques sessions featuring hands-on training in state-of-the-art techniques in stem cells, cell therapies and bioengineering during the morning. They will also choose one of two Scientific Skills sessions in the afternoon, including "Developing Your Research Pitch" which will be good preparation for the "Minute To Win It" / Elevator Pitch competition during the conference. A plenary session will close out the day, with breaks for food and networking also included in the program.
The workshop is geared primarily toward trainees and junior investigators, but all investigators (excluding those representing industry) are welcome to attend.
To encourage trainees to participate and learn new techniques in the field, we have set the fee to $150 per person for in-person conference registrants or $295 for those who can participate in the Workshop but not the conference.
