Accreditation
In support of improving patient care, The Robert Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
The University of Vermont designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.50* AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
This program has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 11.50 Nursing Contact Hours.
*Please note: If you do not participate in the optional workshop, the conference is accredited for 11.50 credits.
Participants may earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. However, the optional POCUS workshop is not MOC accredited.
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 11.50 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

2 hours of credit will be applicable toward MATE ACT requirements. [1 credit will also be applicable to meet VT licensure requirement for "Prescribing Controlled Substances" and 1 credit for "Pain Management"]
