We advance medical knowledge through cannabis research. Through education, we translate observations in the laboratory, clinic, and community into interventions that improve health, bridging scientific discoveries in cannabis-based medicine with the needs of health care providers, researchers, students, professionals, and the general public.


Our Mission:

The University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine's Medical Cannabis Center for Research and Education (MCCRE) advances medical knowledge and promotes health through research and education in cannabis, including the cannabis plant, cannabis-based medicine, and public health.
