Research
Clinical skin research is characterized by a broad based interdisciplinary effort across various studies featuring collaboration with a number of other Departments. Basic science research opportunities are readily available through contacts with the basic science divisions in molecular biology, biochemistry, pathology and physiology.
Faculty members maintain active research programs:
- Glenn Goldman, M.D. - high-risk squamous carcinomas, and the biomechanics of flap reconstructions.
- Julie Lin, M.D. - bioinformatics, and imaging of cutaneous tumors
